Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Miner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating heavy equipment and performing various tasks related to mining operations. This role requires a strong understanding of safety protocols, particularly MSHA regulations, and the ability to work in challenging environments. The Miner will play a crucial role in building and digging operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

Operate heavy equipment including water trucks, skid steer, haul truck and loader machinery to facilitate mining operations.

Adhere strictly to MSHA safety standards to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.

Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.

Collaborate with team members on construction site activities, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, minimizing hazards and promoting operational efficiency.

Requirements

Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, and mining.

Familiarity with MSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy loads and working in various weather conditions.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including potential overtime as needed for project completion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $27.00 per hour
