Job Title: Experienced Plumber Location: Columbus Pay: $18–$22 per hour (based on experience) Schedule: Monday–Friday (On-Call Required) Job Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Plumber to join our housing maintenance team in Columbus, GA. This full-time position involves performing plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance for residential properties. Candidates must be dependable and available for occasional on-call service requests. Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair plumbing issues in residential units

Install and repair water heaters, fixtures, faucets, toilets, and piping

Clear drains and address sewer line issues

Perform routine plumbing maintenance and inspections

Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and safety standards

Respond to on-call maintenance requests as needed

Maintain tools and keep job sites clean and organizedRequirements:

Proven plumbing experience (residential preferred)

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and safety procedures

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environmentsCompensation & Schedule:

$18–$22 per hour depending on experience

Full-time, steady employment

Monday–Friday schedule with on-call responsibilities
