In addition to managing your route, you will assist with site surveys for upcoming construction and maintenance contracts. Your field insight will directly influence project planning, scope accuracy, and long-term equipment reliability.

Core Responsibilities
Manage a dedicated maintenance route
Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
Recommend repairs proactively
Maintain accurate service documentation
Assist leadership with site surveys for maintenance and construction opportunities
Provide technical insight to support accurate proposals
Qualifications
Active Elevator Mechanic License (No Exceptions)
3+ years of maintenance experience preferred
Construction/installation background highly valued
Strong diagnostic ability
Professional, self-directed, and dependable
Comfortable evaluating equipment conditions and identifying project needs
