Responsibilities:

- Assume a critical role managing hands-on technical and operational networking tasks for elite enterprise and FSI clients.

- Drive day-to-day IT operations, including complex incident management, rapid request handling, and infrastructure stabilization activities.

- Act as the subject matter expert in troubleshooting mission-critical routing, switching, and firewall issues to ensure zero-downtime environments.

- Lead documentation efforts, create comprehensive runbooks, and facilitate knowledge transfer across the operations division.

- Gain hands-on exposure to an enterprise-grade technology stack featuring Cisco, Huawei, H3C, CheckPoint, Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Hillstone.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of solid, hands-on working experience in enterprise networking and infrastructure operations.

- Active holder of CCNP, HCIP, or higher-level networking certifications.

- Deep technical proficiency across multiple vendor stacks, specifically encompassing enterprise routing/switching and next-generation firewalls.

- Proven resilience and the ability to execute flawlessly under pressure in fast-paced, highly demanding technical environments.

- Prior experience managing networks within the Financial or Banking sectors is highly advantageous.
