Tire & Alignment Technician

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Mount, balance, repair, and rotate tires on a variety of vehicles

Perform wheel alignments accurately and efficiently

Inspect tires, suspension, steering, and related components for wear or damage

Recommend necessary tire and alignment services to customers

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Operate shop equipment safely and properly

Assist with general shop duties as needed

Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship

Skills:

Previous experience as a Tire Technician preferred

Alignment experience preferred (Hunter alignment machine experience is a plus)

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Basic automotive knowledge and diagnostic skills are a plus

Tire Technician: 1 year (Preferred)

Wheel Alignment: 1 year (Preferred)
