B2B Base + Uncapped Commissions Columbus, OH (In Office) Full-Time Monday-Friday

We are currently seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our Columbus team.

Compensation & Benefits

Conduct inside and outside sales activities

Set appointments via phone and meet with prospects in person

Build relationships with small and midsize business owners

Present CES solutions related to HR, payroll, benefits, and risk management

Maintain accurate sales activity records

Participate in ongoing sales training and development What We Provide

1+ year of sales experience preferred (B2B a plus)

Can sell yourself to clients and leadership

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
