Compensation: $280,000 – $380,000 Per Annum
Level: Senior Associate (4+ Years Experience)
About the Role
Fenwick & West is seeking a Securities Litigation Associate to join its nationally recognized Securities Litigation Group. The team represents leading technology, life sciences, and Fortune 100 companies in complex securities litigation, regulatory investigations, and white-collar defense matters.
Key Responsibilities
Represent public companies, directors, and officers in securities class actions and shareholder derivative litigation.
Assist with merger-related litigation and other securities disputes.
Conduct internal investigations involving accounting fraud, whistleblower allegations, and FCPA-related matters.
Support clients in DOJ, SEC, and other regulatory investigations.
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and regulatory submissions.
Manage discovery, witness preparation, and case strategy.
Collaborate with partners and clients on high-profile litigation matters.
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school.
Minimum 4+ years of securities litigation experience.
Experience handling complex commercial litigation matters.
Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills.
Excellent academic credentials.
Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction or eligibility to waive into the jurisdiction.
