Manage and configure the Backstage Developer PortalMaintain plugins, templates, and catalog integrationsSupport onboarding of teams and servicesDevelop Golden Path templates for service scaffolding.

Customize Backstage UI, APIs, and plugins to improve developer productivity and usability

Implement governance controls for templates, plugins, and catalog entities

Provide operational support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for the Backstage platform

Ensure platform security, access control, and compliance with organizational policies

Experience with large scale AD modernization or cloud identity transformation

#Mandatory skills:
