Lead and develop teams across inbound, outbound, and inventory operationsDrive KPIs around productivity, accuracy, and service levelsExecute labor planning, scheduling, and staffing to meet volume demandsPromote and enforce a strong safety culture and compliance standardsPartner with cross-functional teams and on-site client stakeholdersTroubleshoot operational challenges and ensure service excellenceAnalyze performance data and implement process improvementsSupport change management initiatives in a fast-evolving environmentHelp establish scalable processes in a startup-style operation Ideal Experience3+ years of warehouse or distribution leadership experience (3PL highly preferred)Proven track record of leading teams and improving performanceExperience in high-volume, fast-paced environmentsStrong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skillsFamiliarity with WMS systems (SAP or similar preferred)Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, build-as-you-go environmentChange management mindset - adaptable, proactive, and solutions-driven What you’ll gainExposure to a globally recognized client environmentCareer growth within a large, international organizationOpportunity to build and influence operations from day oneHigh visibility with leadership and long-term advancement potential Timeline We’re actively interviewing now with a targeted early July start date.
