Your Role as a Speech Pathologist
Your impactful journey includes:
Evaluating, assessing, developing, and implementing tailored treatment plans for patients requiring speech and language rehabilitation.
Identifying challenges and adjusting speech therapy treatments as needed.
Monitoring and documenting patient performance, progress, and responses to treatment.
Celebrating patient achievements along the way.
Qualifications
Current licensure or certification as mandated by state regulations.
Successful completion of the SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
CPR certification is required or must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
A Master's degree is preferred, or a Bachelor's degree accompanied by relevant field experience.
