A breakout startup reinventing insurance claims processing with AI already at 7-figure ARR are looking for Software Engineers to join their team.

What will I be doing:

Ship to production from day one with full ownership

Design core systems across databases (Postgres, vector DBs), cloud (AWS/GCP), and APIs (REST/GraphQL)

Build and scale production-grade Python systems

Help define the technical foundation of a company transforming a trillion-dollar industry

What we're looking for:

Backend engineer with 1+ years production experience and strong signals of excellence

Strong Python skills across APIs, databases, and deploying AI/ML (LLMs, RAG, multimodal)

Experience with cloud and containerized systems

High ownership, fast-paced mindset, strong communication
