We are searching for a full-time, experienced, and dynamic Human Resources Manager to work in the Chicago office.
This role will lead and manage all human resources functions including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, training and development, compensation, compliance, and policy administration.
This position partners with leadership to foster a positive workplace culture and support organizational goals through effective people strategies.

Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesManage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding employees.Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Administer employee benefits programs and serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefit inquiries.Coordinate and manage performance review processes and merit increase programs.Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and workplace concerns.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.Maintain accurate employee records.Responsible for all ADP Workforce Now payroll administration including preparation and submittal of bi-weekly payroll.
Responsible for all payroll reporting.Maintain accurate employee records, including performance reviews, PTO balance, salary data, and job descriptions, and audit compliance.
Oversee processes to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment regulations, including Affirmative Action, Title VII, ERISA, FMLA, FLSA, ADA, EEO requirements, ACA reporting, and HIPAA.Oversee all aspects of applying for and obtaining visas for international employees; work closely with immigration attorneys to ensure all documents are filed and deadlines are met.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in HR leadership rolesSHRM a plusStrong business acumen and the ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals and objectives.
In-depth knowledge of talent management practices, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Strong verbal and written communication.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Required Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now Required Salary Range $65,000 - $85,000.
Salary is dependent upon education, experience, qualifications and demonstrated leadership capabilities.
