Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineer with strong experience in functional testing of web and API-based applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in manual and functional testing, end-to-end validation of business workflows, and strong exposure to API testing and UI validation. The role also requires working knowledge of test automation tools to support regression and scalability efforts in an Agile environment. The QA Engineer will play a key role in ensuring product quality across multiple systems by designing, executing, and maintaining comprehensive test strategies, while collaborating closely with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

78 years of experience in Software Testing with strong focus on functional and manual testing

Strong expertise in Web UI testing and API testing

Hands-on experience with test case design, test planning, and execution

Strong experience using API testing tools such as Postman, Swagger, or equivalent

Solid understanding of SDLC and STLC processes

Experience with Jira or similar test management and defect tracking tools

Basic to intermediate experience with automation tools such as Selenium or Playwright

Familiarity with scripting/programming languages such as C# or TypeScript (preferred)

Working knowledge of Git and version control workflows

Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps or Jenkins is a plus

Ability to translate business requirements into comprehensive test coverage

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

Experience in Retail Automotive domain

Exposure to test automation framework development or enhancement

Experience in performance, accessibility, or cross-browser testing

Hands-on experience with continuous integration and deployment pipelines
