Stock Pickers

Williamson Employment Services is looking for multiple Stock Pickers for 1st shift in the Northwest South Bend, IN area. Our client is in need of immediate employees for the Receiving and Shipping Department.

Schedule:

* Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

* Hours may vary, over-time as needed

* ATTENDANCE BONUS - Work your first 45 days with no absences and receive a pay increase

Duties and responsibilities:

* Use stock picker machine to pull orders from shelves and stock orders

* Ensure the accuracy of each order

* Unloading and stacking of inbound product

* Other general warehouse operations as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

* Education - High School Diploma or GED is required

* Abilities - lift 80 lbs. repetitively, overhead reaching, fast pace environment, strong attention to detail and follow-through

* Experience - Warehouse/forklift/stock picking (Crown or Raymond stock pickers preferred)

Physical requirements:

The warehouse is a fast paced environment. Employees are required to stand for extended periods of time, lift heavy objects weighing potentially 80 lbs. on a regular basis and perform repetitive tasks with few breaks.
