We're partnering with a healthcare technology company to find a talented DTC Lifecycle / Email Copywriter.
This is a contract employment opportunity lasting around 6 months, and the role is hybrid in NYC. It's an exciting chance to support a company revamping their lifecycle marketing program with a focus on high-impact messaging.

Schedule: Regular day hours
Duration: 6 months expected
Pay: $45 - $60/hr, paid weekly, benefits eligible
DTC Lifecycle / Email Copywriter Responsibilities:
Develop and enhance lifecycle messaging across critical customer journey stages, including onboarding, nurture, retention, and winback.
Evaluate existing lifecycle communication flows and contribute to establishing new tone and copy standards for the program.
Utilize customer insights and performance metrics to guide message strategy and optimize communication effectiveness.
Partner with diverse teams to create and deploy innovative lifecycle campaigns.
Maintain a focus on clarity, engagement, and conversion throughout all copy.
DTC Lifecycle / Email Copywriter Qualifications:
Proven expertise in crafting lifecycle marketing copy with a strong portfolio or track record.
Ability to simplify complex ideas into compelling, clear messaging.
Experience analyzing performance data to improve messaging strategies.
Excellent written communication skills with a technical, detail-oriented approach.
Capable of working independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
