Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and reliability of manufacturing equipment and facility systems in a food production environment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated production equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment and production systems

Perform preventive and predictive maintenance activities

Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues

Maintain conveyors, motors, pumps, gearboxes, compressors, and related equipment

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

Complete work orders and maintenance documentation

Support equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives

Follow OSHA, safety, and food manufacturing standards

Qualifications:

3+ years of industrial maintenance experience

Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems

Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, conveyors, and industrial equipment

Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings

Experience with PLC troubleshooting is preferred

Experience in manufacturing, food production, packaging, automotive, or industrial environments

CMMS experience preferred
