Business Analyst - Revenue Management

Scope of work:

Demonstrate solid experience with system implementation in a Business Analyst & Testing role. Partner with both business and technical teams to assist during integration, regression and acceptance testing activities for the New ECC project. Develop and execute test plans, test design specs and test cases to match business requirements and thoroughly test software to ensure proper operation. Assist Business partners in resolving IT issues and facilitate working through issues with other IT teams.

Required skills/competencies:

BS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science

4-8 years of Business Analysis (BA) experience (capturing requirements from business stakeholders, translating requirements into functional specifications, managing traceability matrices, serving as liaison between business and development team, etc).

Must have 4-8 years of testing experience (integration, regression, acceptance).

Ability to multi-task with limited supervision in a fast-paced project environment.

Solid skills in written and verbal communication such as status reports, progress reports and documentation to IT and business partners.

Experience in performing data validation via SQL queries.

Experience in the use of quality software, such as HP Quality Center, to document and track resolution of system bugs and enhancements.

Experience with Agile software development methodology.

Preferred Skills: Cruise industry experience a plus.
