Key Responsibilities:
* Building Operations — Oversee maintenance, repairs, vendor coordination, and building inspections.
* Tenant Relations — Respond to resident inquiries, manage complaints, and maintain positive community standards.
* Leasing Management — Handle advertising, showings, tenant screening, lease preparation, and renewals.
* Financial Oversight — Manage rent collection, arrears, budgeting, and expense tracking.
Qualifications:
2–5 years of residential property management experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Familiarity with Régie du logement (TAL) rules
