We're looking for a Lead CNC Machinist to take ownership of our night shift team - someone who doesn't just run machines, but develops talent and leads by example. $32-$38/hour ($66,560-$79,040 annually), plus $1-$2/hour premium, and 10% shift differential Why You'll Love Working With Us

4-Day Work Week: Train during the day (Monday-Thursday, 6:00 am-4:30 pm), then move to 4 pm-2:30 am. No mandatory overtime - take it if you want it

Be Hands On: Not only set-up, program, and operate machines - you get to develop others and have fun doing it
