Our client, a leading organization in the technology and software development sector, is seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to join their team. As a Lead DevOps Engineer, you will be part of the Software Engineering department supporting the infrastructure and deployment pipelines. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong collaboration skills, innovative thinking, and a passion for automation.

Pay Range: Best in the Segment on W2

What's the Job?

Design, build, and operate scalable, cloud-native platforms supporting secure application delivery.

Implement and manage Kubernetes and OpenShift platforms, ensuring high availability and performance.

Develop and automate CI/CD workflows using GitOps principles, GitHub Actions, and other automation tools.

Automate microservices deployments across multiple cloud environments such as Azure and GCP, achieving full deployment automation.

Embed security, observability, and pipeline instrumentation practices to enhance operational visibility and troubleshooting efficiency.

What's Needed?

5+ years of experience in Software Engineering or related fields, with proven expertise in DevOps and platform engineering.

Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, and cloud platforms like Azure and GCP.

Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), GitOps workflows, and automation scripting (Python preferred).

Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and implementing DevSecOps practices.

Excellent collaboration skills and a focus on developer enablement and continuous delivery excellence.
