Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to join their team. As a Lead DevOps Engineer, you will be part of the Software Engineering department supporting cloud-native platform development and deployment. The ideal candidate will have strong collaboration skills, innovative thinking, and a passion for automation, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

Design, build, and operate scalable, cloud-native platforms supporting secure application delivery

Automate microservices deployments across Kubernetes and OpenShift environments, achieving high levels of automation and reliability

Implement GitOps workflows using declarative configurations to ensure consistency and auditability

Enable cloud platform delivery across Azure and GCP, aligning infrastructure, deployment, and security controls through code

Embed DevSecOps practices, observability, and pipeline instrumentation to improve operational visibility and troubleshooting

What's Needed?

5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, with a focus on DevOps and platform engineering

Hands-on expertise in Kubernetes, OpenShift, and cloud platforms such as Azure and GCP

Proficiency in automation tools and scripting languages like Python, with experience in CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code

Strong understanding of DevSecOps, security practices, and observability tools

Excellent collaboration skills and a proactive approach to developer enablement and continuous delivery
