Our Fleet

We run a premium fleet of 2024–202... Volvo and Freightliner trucks, all equipped with front-facing cameras and governed at 70 mph (increasing to 73 mph in summer). We offer unlimited miles and dry van trailers so you can focus on earning more.

Home Time: 3 weeks on the road – 3 days off (same for all positions)

Our Programs

1. Lease Program (Most Popular)

A complete turnkey solution for drivers who want to run under our authority with full equipment and insurance support.

Weekly Gross Potential:

• Solo: $9,000 – ...

• Team: $12,000

Driver Take-Home: 85% of the gross

Lease Package Includes:

Brand new Dry Van Trailer – $250/week

Truck Rental – $900/week $0.12/mile maintenance

Cargo & Liability Insurance – $375/week

OAI Insurance – $37/week

Admin Fee – $75/week (Solo) $100/week (Team)

Dispatch Fee – 15%

Fuel Discount – $0.15 per gallon

Additional Benefits:

You receive the original rate confirmation on every load

Weekly statements sent every Friday, payday on Monday

One week pay gap (standard)

Security Escrow – $1,500 week for first 3 weeks) – fully refundable 45 days after leaving the company

IFTA processed every 3 months (except Oregon)

2. Owner-Operator Program

For experienced independent operators who bring their own truck.

Weekly Gross Potential: Same as Lease ($9k–$11k Solo $12k–$15k Team)

Driver Take-Home: 88% of the gross (higher percentage)

Lower dispatch fee (12%)

No device or truck rental charges

3. Company Driver Position

Steady pay with no equipment worries.

Solo: $0.70 per mile

Team: $0.85 per mile

All deadhead miles paid (except personal use)

Free drug test flight ticket for qualified drivers
