Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable software solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving abilities, and leadership skills to guide engineering teams through the full software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications and services.

• Lead technical architecture discussions and system design initiatives.

• Write clean, maintainable, secure, and efficient code following industry best practices.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and stakeholders to deliver business solutions.

• Review code and mentor junior and mid-level engineers.

• Troubleshoot production issues and implement sustainable solutions.

• Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.

• Create and maintain technical documentation.

• Drive continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and engineering standards.

• Evaluate and integrate new technologies when appropriate.

• Ensure software compliance with security and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.

• Strong knowledge of software design patterns, algorithms, and data structures.

• Experience building scalable distributed systems and APIs.

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as C#, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or Go.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading technical projects or engineering teams.

• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.

• Experience with microservices architecture.

• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog, Splunk, New Relic, or Prometheus.

• Knowledge of AI/ML systems and MLOps workflows.

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.
