Speech Language Pathologist

We're partnering with a school district in Wayne County, MI to hire multiple Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) for the 2026–2027 school year.

This full-time opportunity offers a consistent schedule and the chance to make a meaningful impact supporting an elementary-grade caseload. You'll work closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success throughout the school year.

Position Details

Location: Onsite

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (follows district calendar)

School Year: 2026–2027

Caseload: Elementary

Openings: Multiple

Start Date: August 2026

Responsibilities

Provide therapy services to students of all ages to support their speech, language, and communication needs in an academic setting.

Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).

Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students' needs and track progress.

Document and maintain accurate records of student progress and interventions.

Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Active Michigan SLP license (or ability to obtain)

CCC preferred; CFY candidates welcome

School-based or pediatric experience preferred

Experience with IEPs and evaluations

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Able to manage a caseload and support student needs
