Construction Subcontractor Teams - Sydney

AUSTRALIAN URBAN DIRECT IBUYING PTY LTD (ABN 62 617 159 369), operating as AU-D Build / AU-D Real Estate, is building a Sydney subcontractor and trade partner network for residential construction projects.

We are looking for reliable subcontractor teams and trade contractors for current and upcoming projects in Sydney.

Project areas may include:

St Ives, Turramurra, Gordon, Gladesville, Clontarf / Mosman, Caringbah South and surrounding Sydney areas.

Trades wanted:

- Demolition and site clearing

- Excavation / earthworks / sandstone excavation / backfill

- Concrete, formwork, rebar and pump coordination

- Bricklaying, Dincel and blockwork

- Scaffolding supply and labour

- Timber framing and carpentry

- Roofing, gutter and rain head work

- Windows, doors and glazing

- Rendering and external finishes

- Steel, FC sheet and stone cladding

- Plasterboard / Gyprock

- Joinery, cabinets and internal doors

- Tiling and flooring

- Painting

- Electrical, plumbing and fixtures

- Landscaping

- Final cleaning and handover support

Requirements:

- Australian construction experience preferred

- ABN, insurance, relevant licence or certificate preferred where applicable

- Able to quote clearly and communicate promptly

- Able to work from drawings and site requirements

- Able to follow site safety, quality and project schedule requirements

Single-trade subcontractors and long-term partner teams are both welcome.
