About the role
To establish and maintain financial and management procedures for Sulzer entities in Libya ensuring compliance with all internal standards, controls and implementing best practice whilst meeting internal customer satisfaction goals and the company’s overall corporate strategy
1. Lead the legal entity as a Finance business partner / LE Finance head.
2. Plan, develop and implement Finance strategy ensuring that it meets overall corporate needs and departmental KPI.
3. Support business partner in developing entity’s strategies by providing recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities.
4. Responsible for end-to-end accounting for the legal entity including the banking transactions.
5. Responsible for compliance and Internal Control Systems (ICS) for legal entity.
6. Responsible for reviewing contracts with legal & doing Financial due diligence reviews for all agents (If any).
7. Responsible for monthly forecasts, monthly reporting, annual budgets, Internal and External audits for legal entity.
8. Analyse financial results, identify and communicate deviations from forecasts with recommendations for solutions and improvements.
9. Responsible for Accounts Receivable & collections.
10. Review and analysis of the Operating Cashflow & forecasting
11. Responsible for tracking Work in Progress, backlog, order wise profitability and monthly regular reconciliation of WIP Vs backlog.
12. Participate and drive the continuous improvement of financial processes, business processes and ERP systems.
Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting support to senior management
Qualifications/Experience:
CA/ACCA/CPA/CIMA or equivalent qualification.
SAP experience
7+ years relevant experience
Treasury Management experience
Advanced Excel skills
