Customer Solutions Representative
As a Customer Solutions Representative, you will provide exceptional support to customers while identifying opportunities to enhance service solutions and strengthen customer relationships. Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain positive customer relationships throughout North America
Manage multiple customer requests and service-related projects simultaneously with a high sense of urgency
Respond to customer inquiries regarding company services, shipments, pricing, and account information
Support existing customer accounts by delivering timely solutions and resolving issues effectively
Use traditional and electronic communication tools to communicate with former, current, and prospective customers
Create quotes and service proposals for company services; collaborate with the team on pricing decisions, supplier selection, and timing
Coordinate with internal teams and carriers to ensure customer expectations are met and service commitments are fulfilled
Deliver customer-focused solutions through effective communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
Accurately maintain and update customer information in the company's operating systems
Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, enhance service offerings, and support account growth
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
