Senior Manager, BI Engineering & Data ProductsOverviewA leading organization is seeking a Senior Manager of BI Engineering & Data Products to lead a growing analytics engineering team and drive enterprise business intelligence capabilities.This role will be responsible for scaling BI platforms, implementing governance frameworks, and delivering high-quality, reliable analytics solutions across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a team of BI engineers and developersDefine and implement BI architecture, data models, and reporting frameworksBuild and maintain scalable BI pipelines from data ingestion through dashboardsEstablish governance standards for data access, quality, and platform usageImprove platform reliability and performance across BI toolsPartner with business and technology teams to translate requirements into solutionsDrive continuous improvement in delivery speed, quality, and operational maturityRequired Qualifications10+ years of experience in BI engineering, data engineering, or analytics4+ years of experience managing technical teamsStrong expertise in SQL, data modeling, and BI architectureExperience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake)Experience with Python, dbt, or similar toolsProven ability to lead technical teams and deliver enterprise-scale solutionsPreferred QualificationsExperience with BI platforms such as TableauExperience building governance frameworks for data and analyticsFamiliarity with CI/CD, data pipelines, and workflow orchestration toolsExperience in large, complex enterprise environmentsCompensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $179,000 – $195,000 annuallyBonus: Eligible to earn ~15% bonusBenefits: Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirementWork EnvironmentHybrid model (4 days onsite)Fast-paced, high-impact leadership environmentOn-call rotation required LaSalle Network is an Equal Opportunity Employer m/f/d/v.
