We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Professional Electrical or Mechanical Engineer to collaborate on a growing portfolio of engineering and design projects. This opportunity is ideal for a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or highly experienced engineering professional interested in building a long-term working partnership within a collaborative and growth-focused environment.

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a proactive mindset to support project execution, client relationships, and business development initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate on electrical and/or mechanical engineering projects from concept through completion

Review, develop, and approve engineering designs, calculations, and technical documentation

Provide technical leadership and project oversight

Coordinate with clients, contractors, architects, and multidisciplinary teams

Ensure compliance with applicable engineering codes, standards, and regulations

Support proposal development, project planning, and business growth initiatives

Mentor junior engineers and designers as needed

Qualifications:

Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field

5+ years of relevant engineering experience preferred

Strong knowledge of engineering design principles, codes, and industry standards

Experience with commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects is a plus

Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills

Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in long-term partnership opportunities

Must have experience in MEP design projects.

AutoCAD proficiency is a MUST.

MUST be a CURRENT New Jersey Resident.

Must be a Green Card holder or US Citizen
