What you’ll do

As an Operations Supervisor, you’ll lead daily warehouse operations while driving performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Lead and develop teams across inbound, outbound, and inventory operations

Drive KPIs around productivity, accuracy, and service levels

Execute labor planning, scheduling, and staffing to meet volume demands

Promote and enforce a strong safety culture and compliance standards

Partner with cross-functional teams and on-site client stakeholders

Troubleshoot operational challenges and ensure service excellence

Analyze performance data and implement process improvements

Support change management initiatives in a fast-evolving environment

Help establish scalable processes in a startup-style operation

Ideal Experience

3+ years of warehouse or distribution leadership experience (3PL highly preferred)

Proven track record of leading teams and improving performance

Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments

Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills

Familiarity with WMS systems (SAP or similar preferred)

Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, build-as-you-go environment

Change management mindset - adaptable, proactive, and solutions-driven
