Production Associate

Job Description

The Production Associate/Masker will be a critical part of production, working as a team to maximize productivity as it relates to different maskants and tools such as tape, lacquers, acetone and blades.

1st Shift: Monday-Friday 5:00am-1:30pm

2nd Shift: Monday-Friday 2:00pm-10:30pm

$20.00-$22.00/hour

Responsibilities:

Will support quality initiatives, which include our Quality Policy, Quality Objectives, and Quality Management System.

Responsible manually applying coating applications and maskant coating adhesives as indicated by work order and customer specifications.

May perform tasks such as assembly, disassembly and prepping in accordance with job instructions.

Ensure even coating is applied to parts.

Conduct re-work on parts failing inspection process.

Perform all work in accordance with company safety regulations and maintain the highest of quality standards in the execution of all assigned work.

Perform routine housekeeping of immediate work area to comply with quality and safety requirements.

Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

HS/GED or some work experience

Read and write in English or Spanish

Able to follow work orders

Detail oriented

Must be available to work 6 hours of OT on Saturdays as neededCompany Description
