Responsibilities
Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
Reviewing markups and draw details in CAD.
Implement and reinforce CAD standards within the company.
Pick up redlines utilizing AutoCAD, MicroStation and Revit for different engineering fields.
Coordinate with engineers and make sure markups are being addressed properly and resolve any discrepancies.
Go on the field for survey, site conditions and photographs.
Prepare design and construction submission package.
Coordinate and attend meetings when required to meet client’s CAD expectations
Assist the engineers with any CAD drafting need.
Requirements
Essential Skills and Experience:
High school diploma.
3-5 years of experience in structural design and detailing.
Professional Draftsmen License preferred.
Proficient in AutoCAD, REVIT, Microstation & Bluebeam
Excellent oral, written skills and communication skills.
Curiosity and interest in continuous learning in AI and comfort experimenting and iterating quickly; uses data to validate ideas and measure impact.
