Overview
We are seeking a highly versatile Data and Integration Lead to own and evolve our internal technology ecosystem as the company continues its rapid growth.
Over the past two years, the organization has scaled from ~150 to nearly 500 employees and has invested heavily in core platforms including Microsoft CRM, financial systems, HRIS (Rippling), and data/reporting tools. While this foundation is in place, there is a critical need for an internal leader to connect systems, unlock data insights, and bring structure to a growing environment.
This role will serve as the bridge between business and technology, partnering closely with the CFO and leadership team to ensure systems, data, and integrations are aligned to business needs.
What You’ll Do
Data & Analytics Ownership
• Develop and evolve reporting capabilities across CRM, Power BI, and sales data platforms
• Translate business questions into actionable dashboards and insights
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI tools (Copilot, Claude, etc.) to enhance reporting and decision-making
Systems & Integration Management
• Own and maintain API integrations across core systems (CRM, HRIS, payroll, financial systems)
• Ensure reliability of critical data flows (e.g., HR payroll integrations)
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and document system connections and data pipelines
Technology Strategy & Vendor Management
• Evaluate what should be built internally vs. supported by external consultants
• Manage external vendors and development partners to ensure quality and delivery
• Partner with internal architect and developer resources to prioritize initiatives
Business Partnership
• Work closely with the CFO and leadership team to align technology with business priorities
• Act as a translator between technical systems and business needs
• Help define what data the business should be using to make decisions
Environment
• Lean internal IT structure (MSP-supported)
• Rapidly scaling organization with significant investment in platforms
• High visibility role with direct exposure to executive leadership
• Significant opportunity to shape and grow the function from the ground up
What We’re Looking For
• 3–8 years of experience in business systems, data, or technical product roles
• Strong understanding of CRM systems, reporting tools (Power BI), and integrations/APIs
• Ability to balance technical depth with business practicality
• Experience working in high-growth or evolving environments
• Strong ownership mindset — someone who can “figure things out” without heavy structure
Nice to Have
• Experience with Microsoft ecosystem (Dynamics, Power Platform)
• Exposure to HRIS/payroll integrations (Rippling, Workday, etc.)
• Familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms
Why This Role
• Ground-floor opportunity to shape internal systems at a high-growth company
• High visibility with CFO and executive leadership
• Blend of strategy + hands-on ownership
• Massive upside for growth as the company continues scaling
