Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Wage: $26.00 – $34.00 / hour (Commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine preventative maintenance, including fluid services, brake overhauls, and tire maintenance.

Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to ensure fleet safety and compliance.

Document all repairs and diagnostic findings accurately within the fleet management system.

Adhere to shop safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications

Proven professional experience as an automotive mechanic or fleet technician.

Strong diagnostic capabilities utilizing modern scanning tools and equipment preferred.

Possession of standard automotive hand and power tools (major specialty equipment provided).

Valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record.

Strong commitment to workmanship, efficiency, and shop safety.

Either Ford Factory Training or ASE preferred
