Job description*:

Sr. ServiceNow Developer with strong development experience with following:

• 5-6 years overall experience on ServiceNow platform

• 1+ years hands-on ServiceNow HAM/SIR implementation/configuration experience and 4-5 years in ITSM implementation. Good Knowledge of Integrations, ATF.

• ITSM expert, Knowledge of HAM workflow, SIR basics configuration, Upgrade process.

• Strong in scripting, flow designer, Business rule, Client scripts, scheduled

• jobs, Script Include etc.

ServiceNow ITSM Expert, HAM/SIR implementation/configuration experience, Integrations, ATF.

#Mandatory skills:

ServiceNow ITSM Expert, HAM/SIR implementation/configuration experience, Integrations, ATF.

#Desired skills:

Strong knowledge in Best Practices of ServiceNow for implementing scalable solutions. Should be flex

ible enough to convert user/requester's ask to OOTB solutions. Good in customer handling, mentor for the junior resources.
