CNC Machine Operator

Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking CNC Machine Operators with 3+ years of manufacturing experience to join their team. As a CNC Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have previous CNC operation experience, attention to detail, be a quick learner, and have a positive attitude which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: CNC Machine Operator Location: Columbus, Indiana Pay Rate: $20 per hour + (depending on experience) Shift: 2nd shift: 300pm - 1130pm 3rd shift: 1100pm - 730am What's the Job?

Operate and monitor machines and equipment to produce high-quality automotive parts

Inspect parts for defects and ensure they meet quality standards

Package parts for shipment and label them correctly

Perform basic maintenance on machines and equipment

Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area What's needed?

Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience with machine/press experience

Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform physical tasks such as walking, standing, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and repetitive motions on a daily basis

Basic math skills of adding, subtraction, division, and multiplication

Basic computer skills to print labels and open programs What's in it for me?
