Executive Assistant, CFO/CHRO Our Executive Assistant s support the company’s growth and business objectives through providing innovative solutions to our Leadership’s needs.

As such, we are looking for a strong Executive Assistant to support our Chief Financial Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer.

ResponsibilitiesComplete administrative tasks for the CFO and CHROPrepare Executives for meetings as appropriate including room reservations, preparation of materials ( i.e.

PowerPoint), A/V needs, invites and refreshments.Prepare materials for quarterly board meetings and executive leadership team meetings.Coordinate and communicate meetings, hotel and travel accommodations, notices, etc.

for team members and stakeholders as necessary.Compose and proofread correspondence and produce high quality materials such as presentations, spreadsheets and correspondence as neededProvide excellent customer service to all customers and stakeholders.Be proactive with excellent problem solving and judgment skills and be able to handle highly confidential and critical information, exercising the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all timesBuild rapport with internal and external stakeholders and associates.Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow- through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.Establish effective business and administrative processes to make executive interaction more efficient and effective.

Qualifications10+ years experience in an administrative/executive assistant capacity, supporting management and/or executive levelsAssociates degree in business or secretarial science; bachelor’s degree preferredExceptional professionalism, superior organizational, communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive informationAcute attention to accuracy and detail in all aspects of responsibilitiesAbility to work within deadlines, time requirement conflicts and management pressures.Ability to take direction but exercise independent thought and judgmentExceptional grammar, spelling and proofing skillsExtremely proficient in Microsoft Office application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
