DRYWALL ESTIMATOR We are seeking an experienced Drywall Estimator to join a winning team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial drywall estimating, with proven experience using On-Screen Takeoff (OST) and QuickBid software.

The role is responsible for analyzing project plans and specifications, preparing accurate cost estimates, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and supporting successful project bidding and execution.

Key Responsibilities:Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents to determine project scope and requirementsPerform detailed quantity takeoffs for drywall, framing, insulation, acoustical ceilings, and related scopes using OSTPrepare accurate and competitive estimates using QuickBidSolicit and evaluate pricing from vendors and subcontractorsAnalyze labor, material, equipment, and production costsCoordinate with project managers, field personnel, and leadership during preconstruction and bid phasesMaintain organized records of estimates, bid documents, and historical pricing dataAttend pre-bid meetings, site visits, and scope review meetings as needed Qualifications:Minimum 3-5 years of drywall estimating experience preferredStrong knowledge of drywall systems, framing, acoustical ceilings, insulation and finishing scopesProficiency with On-Screen Takeoff (OST), QuickBid, and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsStrong mathematical, analytical, and organizational skills Work Environment:Office located in Suffolk County, NY with sites in NYC area.

Hybrid work schedule of home, office and site visits.
