I am searching for an Engineering Manager in Columbus, Indiana.

I am supporting a leading manufacturing organization in the search for an Engineering Manager to oversee engineering operations at their Columbus, Indiana facility .If you're an engineering leader with hands-on manufacturing experience and a drive to improve processes, systems, and people, this is worth a conversatio n.What you'll be doi ng:Leading the on-site engineering function across process, tooling, and continuous improvementDriving engineering solutions to improve safety, quality, throughput, and costManaging and developing a team of engineers and technical staffPartnering with operations, quality, and maintenance to solve production challengesLeading capital projects and equipment improvements from concept through executionSupporting new product launches and engineering change manage mentWhat we're looking for:Proven experience in an Engineering Manager or Senior Engineer role within a manufacturing environmentStrong technical foundation with the ability to lead both people and projectsExperience with process improvement, root cause analysis, and lean methodologiesAbility to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively at all levelsBachelor's degree in Engineering or related field pre ferredPreferred expe rience:Background in forging, stamping, casting, or other metals/heavy manufacturing environmentsExperience managing capital projects and engineering budgetsFamiliarity with APQP, PPAP, or other automotive quality fr ameworksThis is a key technical leadership role with direct impact on site performance and a clear path to grow with the organ ization.If you have a strong engineering background and experience leading teams in a manufacturing setting, I'd be interested in co nnecting.
