* Ability to read different blue prints fabricate metal together.

* Weld and fabricate metal together using MIG welding methods and various other methods.

Required skills and experiences:

* Must have experience using MIG welding methods, as well as flux core welding and submersed arc welding methods.

* Must be able read a tape measure down to 1/16th of an inch.

* Must have experience with reading and interpreting blueprints and welding symbols.

Preferred skills and experiences:

* TIG welding experience

* Experience operating fork trucks and overhead cranes.
