Kitchen Manager Qualifications:
Proven experience leading a high-volume kitchen as a Kitchen Manager
Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment with a strong sense of urgency
Skilled at leading, developing, and aligning kitchen teams
Strong operational discipline with a focus on food safety, sanitation, quality, and consistency
Strong understanding of food cost, labor management, inventory control, and waste reduction
Ability to manage production flow, ticket times, and kitchen execution during high-volume periods
Conversational Spanish highly preferred with the ability to effectively communicate with Spanish-speaking team members
Comfortable working primarily PM shifts and leading late-night operations
Leads by example and maintains a high level of accountability throughout the kitchen operation
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and execution standards across all shifts
