Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:
Current CTC Certification in Moderate/Severe, ESN, or an equivalent Special Education credential (required)
Demonstrated experience working with elementary students who have moderate to severe disabilities
Strong knowledge of IEP development, implementation, and compliance
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Adaptability and commitment to supporting diverse learners
Previous school-based experience is highly valued
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver tailored instruction to a caseload of elementary-aged students with significant learning needs
Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Foster a positive, inclusive classroom climate
Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and families
Track and assess student progress, making data-driven instructional decisions
Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
