Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities):

The Technical Program Manager will be part of the U.S. Consumer Services Technology (USCS Tech) team, a strategic organization delivering cutting-edge digital capabilities across customer experience, AI/ML, marketing technology, enterprise communications, and automation. This role focuses on driving high-impact strategic initiatives across platforms, accelerating execution, and enabling scalable product delivery.

Drive and own USCS Tech strategic initiatives, acting as a “go-getter” to accelerate program execution

Build strong relationships with stakeholders across technology, business, and leadership to improve collaboration and outcomes

Lead technical discussions and project planning to ensure cross-team alignment

Collaborate with leadership to evaluate opportunities and shape strategic direction

Facilitate governance forums, program communications, and training strategies

Identify, manage, and resolve risks/issues at program and project levels

Influence and negotiate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal resource allocation

Anticipate risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery

Contribute to and maintain marketing technology strategy documentation

Partner with cross-platform development teams on large-scale programs

Track and measure program performance using key metrics and executive reporting

Demonstrate strong leadership by inspiring teams and driving continuous improvement

Mandatory skills:

Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills

Proven experience managing multiple programs, priorities, and teams simultaneously

Ability to work in ambiguous environments and bring clarity to complex problems

Excellent communication (verbal and written) with experience influencing senior leadership

Solid understanding of project/program management methodologies, tools, and governance frameworks

Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on simplification and execution

Critical thinking with the ability to challenge assumptions and improve processes
