Qualifications
Minimum 3 months of manufacturing or production experience preferred.
Self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Comfortable using computers and basic software applications.
Knowledge of medical device manufacturing, regulatory requirements, lean manufacturing principles, and production processes is preferred.
Education may be obtained through formal training or equivalent work experience.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble a variety of products and components according to work instructions, assembly drawings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and customer specifications.
Perform basic assembly operations, including part preparation, product assembly, testing, inspection, packaging, and documentation.
Complete manufacturing activities such as soldering, crimping, cable spooling, taping, sealing, capping, bonding, clamping, coiling, and mechanical assembly as required.
Utilize production documents including work orders, visual aids, check sheets, flow charts, and production reports.
Conduct in-process inspections and communicate quality or operational concerns to supervisors or team leads.
Accurately record test results, labor data, production information, and assembly documentation.
Support process improvements and maintain compliance with established procedures and quality standards.
Operate basic computer systems to review documentation and support manufacturing processes.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company policies and safety requirements.
Participate in safety meetings, training programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform line clearance activities, component reconciliation, inventory transactions, and finished goods movement as required.
Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), FDA regulations, ISO standards, environmental requirements, and company policies.
Assist with material handling, work order audits, equipment operation, and daily production activities.
