Security Systems Superintendent - hyperscale data center construction

Rinvio is recruiting for the Superintendent - Security lane on a large hyperscale data center construction program in the Wichita Falls, TX region. This role is focused on daily security systems field supervision, crew sequencing, device/pathway readiness, installation quality, testing support, and punch closeout.

This is a field-supervision role: daily production, manpower coordination, installation sequence, safety, and punch discipline matter more than desk-heavy reporting.

Pay: $88.00 - $115.00 / hr

Schedule: 50 hours/week expected

Type: Contract

Project: Large hyperscale data center build. Client and exact site details are shared only with qualified candidates.

Primary scope:

- Run daily field coordination for security installers, pathways, device locations, access control/CCTV work, and punch items

- Sequence security work around room readiness, ceiling close-in, power, telecom, life safety, and commissioning milestones

- Document constraints, manpower needs, install status, test readiness, and turnover blockers for project leadership

Role emphasis:

- Lead day-to-day field execution, crew/subcontractor coordination, lookahead planning, safety expectations, and installation quality

- Walk work areas, remove field blockers, document progress, and keep turnover/punch items moving

Background that fits:
