Job Title: Forklift Operator / Material Handler

Location: Goodyear, AZ

Pay Rate: Starting at $19.00 per hour

Job Summary:

We are currently hiring experienced Forklift Operators / Material Handlers to join our team in Goodyear. This role is responsible for safely operating forklifts and handling materials to support daily warehouse and production operations. Ideal candidates are safety-focused, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, or pallet jack) safely and efficiently

Load, unload, move, and stack materials and products

Transport goods to and from storage areas, production lines, and shipping docks

Perform inventory counts and assist with stock organization

Inspect equipment daily and report any maintenance or safety issues

Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Previous forklift operating experience required

Valid forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods

Strong attention to safety and detail

Basic math and communication skills

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Schedule:

Full-time and part-time shifts available
