We are seeking 2 Logistic Officers to join our Mauritius team.

Strategic Initiatives

The Logistics Officer ensures operational efficiency within the Logistics and Operations Department by conducting controls on manned security sites, overseeing the distribution and retrieval of Brink’s equipment, and supporting other departments to meet client expectations and regulatory requirements.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement

The role works closely with Manned Security Operations, Cash Services, Human Resources, and the Store & Equipment Officer to coordinate site visits, equipment dispatch, and uniform management. Collaboration includes coaching security guards, reporting anomalies, and maintaining clear communication with management.

Performance Metrics and Accountability

Key responsibilities include monitoring attendance, conducting surprise checks, auditing site registers and reporting incidents or anomalies within prescribed timelines. The officer ensures compliance with Brink’s SOPs, code of conduct, and safety standards, while maintaining accurate records for payroll and asset inventories.

Continuous Improvement and Innovation

By identifying hazards, discrepancies, and areas for renewal of uniforms or equipment, the officer contributes to service quality improvement. Coaching sessions, disciplinary measures, and proactive reporting foster adherence to Brink’s values of Safety, Integrity, Customer Focus, and Continuous Improvement.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Requirements

Minimum SC with at least 5 years’ experience in the security field preferred.

Proven expertise in site and team management

Valid driving licence (manual gear, minimum 2 years’ experience)

Strong knowledge of physical security management

Ability to work independently, manage multiple processes, and deliver results with accuracy

Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Customer-oriented, collaborative, and committed to authenticity and integrity
