What You’ll Do

Lead and manage a framing crew on residential construction projects

Interpret blueprints, layouts, and framing plans with accuracy

Ensure work is plumb, level, square, and meets our high craftsmanship

standards

Maintain jobsite safety, cleanliness, and professionalism

Collaborate with the project manager to stay on schedule and within budget

Train and mentor apprentices and carpenters

Communicate clearly with the crew and leadership

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 5 years framing experience (2+ years in a leadership role preferred)

Strong knowledge of framing practices, code requirements, and safe work habits

Ability to read and interpret plans and construction documents

Solid organizational and time management skills

A “Renaissance tradesman” mindset—willing to keep learning and growing

Dependable, respectful, and a good communicator

Must have reliable transportation and basic hand tools

What You’ll Do

Work under the guidance of the Foreman to frame, build, and install residential

structures

Interpret layouts, take accurate measurements, and follow plans with precision

Perform a range of tasks including framing, decking, siding, sheathing, flooring,

and trim

Keep jobsite clean, organized, and safe

Maintain tools and follow company safety protocols

Support team members and be open to learning new skills

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of hands-on construction experience

Solid framing skills and general carpentry knowledge

Ability to read a tape, operate saws, drills, and hand tools safely

Dependable, punctual, and willing to follow instructions

Positive attitude, team mindset, and a desire to grow

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

join our growing team. We’re a family-first contracting company that does it all—from

What You’ll Do

Tape, mud, sand, and finish drywall to a high standard of quality

Match textures and feather seams for smooth transitions

Perform repairs and patchwork as needed

Collaborate with foremen and other crew members to stay on schedule

Ensure jobs are done right the first time—no shortcuts

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of drywall finishing experience (residential preferred)

Perform interior and exterior painting on residential projects

Prep surfaces (caulking, sanding, priming) for smooth, lasting finishes
