Temporary Full Time Position (Start Date: Aug 2026 till End Date: Dec 2026)

Responsibilities for Operations Coordinator

Scheduling & Fleet Coordination: Build, optimize, and maintain daily or weekly shift schedules; handle short-notice call-outs and vacancy coverage to eliminate service gaps; monitor operational assets or fleet logistics where applicable.

Compliance & Training Tracking: Monitor, track, and log staff certifications, mandatory onboarding modules, and regulatory compliance metrics to ensure 100% audit readiness.

Administrative Support: Maintain accurate personnel records, assist with the preparation of operational directives or memos, and manage data entry across company payroll or scheduling software.

Internal Communication Hub: Act as the primary point of contact between field staff, site supervisors, and branch management to ensure policy changes and operational updates are communicated instantly.

Quality Assurance & Reporting: Generate regular performance reports, assist in investigating service or client issues, and help draft corrective action plans or site directives when

Qualifications for Operations Coordinator

Have a high school diploma or equivalent

1-2 years of security experience

Have a good command of English

Be available to work a flexible schedule

Knowledge of Office Suite

Be eligible to work in Canada

Valid First Aid

Class 5 License with a clear abstract

Experience in Mobile Department would be an asset

Must be eligible to obtain a NS Security License
