Key points in candidate being sought after by customer is a tech expert with a product mindset considering that this will be Pega On-Prem to Cloud migration for such initiative.

#Key asks from client:

• 10+ years of experience with excellent communication skills

• Proven ability to drive roadmaps and decisions across tech and product teams

• Cloud migration/modernization leading experience is good to have

• Good technical foundation, ‘preferred but not must’ with familiarity in data and Power BI analytics for data-driven insights creation

• Experience working with senior leaders and driving stakeholder communication
